Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Max.Framez.


Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or product launches

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped out immediately.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • The size/weight of your order

Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address
  • If the package is returned, you may be responsible for reshipping costs

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Max.Framez is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee replacements in these situations.


Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund if eligible.
