Return & Refund Policy

At Max.Framez, every piece is made for car enthusiasts who live the culture. All items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, meaning your order is created specifically for you after purchase.

Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Situations

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Minor print or color differences (these can occur due to printing and lighting)

Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.


Shipping Issues

Max.Framez is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. That said, we will always do our best to help where possible.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank
